1. Services
MVPerformance provides automotive performance services including ECU calibration, engine builds, AWD dyno testing, and mechanical services. All services are performed at our facility located at 2071 SW 70th Ave, Bay G17, Davie, FL 33317.
2. Estimates & Payments
Estimates provided via our portal are non-binding and subject to change upon vehicle inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer.
3. Performance Modifications
By authorizing performance modifications, you acknowledge that such modifications may affect your vehicle's warranty and that MVPerformance is not responsible for any consequential warranty claims. All calibration and tuning services are performed at the customer's own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
MVPerformance's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
